What is Escrow Service?

Payment is held by Qoo10 Escrow Service until buyer receives and approves the item. Qoo10collects, holds and sends a buyer's money to a seller according to instruction agreed on by both the buyer and the seller.

  • Payment Methods
    Now there are 3 ways to pay for the purchased items on Global Hub site; 
    1) Paypal Express checkout : You are able to pay for the items through Pay pal after registering for Paypal website to have your own ID.
    2) Credit Card : It is the fastest and safest way to pay, Master Card and Visa and are now available to use at Qoo10 site.
    3) QAccount (Cash Balance): Cash Balance has same ability as cash in Qoo10.
  • Change payment method
    It is impossible to change payment method once you complete the order.
    Hence you need to cancel the order and re-order the items with preferred payment method.
    For e-nets, it has the automatic cancellation system after 5 working days hence you don’t need to cancel it separately.
  • Credit Card payment
    Qoo10 has started Credit card payment service. We only accept Visa and MasterCard. When you enter your payment information in 'Place your order' page, please select a 'Credit card' as a payment method and fill out the card information correctly.
    Once you complete the order process, the credit card will be processed within 90mins. Please leave screen on during processing.
    If your credit card is not set up for international use, please contact your credit card company to enable international transaction.
