If the seller has not shipped the product yet, you can cancel it.
However, please be aware of the fact that if the seller has already shipped the product, you can't cancel it. If you cancel after the product has arrived, you need to return it. Rules for return may differ depending on the shop so directly contact the shop for information.
Go to My Qoo10>Shopping List>Cancel/Refund and select the order you would like to cancel. Fill in the information, check refund amount and the cancel procedure will be completed.
