    Please check the OMD registration and VoLTE activation procedures below.

    1. The toast message hitting *#*#86583#*#* on the dial must be disabled, not enable.

    2. You need to call 114 and register for OMD at the Department of Call Quality at the Mobile Phone Department and IMEI.
    In the case of Xiaomi, since it is a dual SIM, two IMEIs are given, so it is better to register both, and a copy of the subscriber's own ID is required when registering.
    If both OMD registration / carrier check are disabled, VoLTE calls are possible, and when a call is connected to the other party's mobile phone, the waiting tone is changed to a dou 0-to 0-sound (VoLTE international standard).

    3. If the above method does not work, please confirm the change of the device model name registered with the mobile operator.
    *Please call 114 and register as the mobile phone department-call quality inquiry-device name pta-Volte. Please reboot your smartphone 30 minutes after making the change and check again if VoLTE is available. (The time required to change the model name may vary depending on the carrier.)

    Or, if it is difficult to call, please visit an agency and register.
