Shipping delay

These are the reasons for shipping delay.

1. If your order status is “Awaiting shipping”, order is not confirmed yet :
If you’ve paid by VISA / mastercard credit card, sometimes our system hold the order for safe payment. We’ve already sent you email asking verification. Please check email and provide us docs so we can confirm your order. 

2. If the shipping status is “Shipping requested”, seller has not confirmed your order yet. 
You can contact seller to remind your order, please send messages to them by Qpost.
If the seller doesn't take any action after 2-3 days and you want to cancel the order, kindly click here and apply cancellation.
