You can cancel the order immediately if the status is Shipping requested.If Shipping is scheduled, seller will check cancel request and notify you cancel or shipping. Go to Cancel/Return/Refund menu at Qbox.Then you can check your order list and there's Cancel button next to each order. Click Cancel button after you check order information. Please note that you can cancel order by order at mobile environment. After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to Qpost and e-mail address on your account.You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by clicking Refund Status tap.If your order shipped directly from a seller and cannot be modified, you should wait the item to be delivered and request return to seller.
You can return items you ordered on Qoo10.com. Please note that you can claim return within 7 days from delivered date.When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return.Please note that only unharmed and unused items can be returned, and you need an original packing box and labeling. Go to My Qoo10 > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-receipt > Click the checkbox of item you want to return > Click [Return] or [Exchange] as you want > Select Reason of return > If claim reason is seller's responsibility, attach file which shows delivered item > Click [Continue] > Click [Submit for Return]After you've followed the prompts in the My Qoo10 above and seller approves the return :Prepare your package for returnPack your item securely, inserting memo of your order number. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.Please use the shipping method where the tracking is available only to avoid any lost mail by the normal mail.Please provide seller the receipt and tracking number within 5 working days from approval.
