Qoo10 provides the receipt to the customer for orders made.
If you want to print out the receipt kindly go to "My Qoo10" (on the top right of the page) > Shopping list > Click "receipt" under the cart no. Then you are able to check or print out the receipt.
You can find "my coupon box" next to the item price. If you click the button you can check coupon you have and apply it.
1. Please click the coupon button and purchase an item before closing the corresponding window.
2. Please check the expiration date, discount rate/amount, and conditions.
3. Discount coupon will be applied only on one item. (one select option and 1 quantity)
4. You cannot use a discount coupon to purchase an auction item.
5. It is impossible to apply the coupon on the discounted item.(Cannot be overlapped)
6. Please note that coupons will not be restored when you cancel or return the items.
To contact a seller, do one of the following:1) Go to the item page on qoo10.com and click Question & Answer tap.Click [Ask Question] ▶ Item Q&A and then Qpost will be popped up. 2) Go to My Qoo10, find the item in the list and click cart no., and click Inquiry and Conversation. Depending on your issue, we'll help you contact the seller if necessary.Note:Please give sellers two business days to respond. In most cases, you'll receive a reply much sooner. If you don't hear from the seller within two business days, kindly visit Help to solve the problem.
Use the following methods to search for items.1) To use the category navigation tool - Use the item category located on top of the Qoo10 page and select by categories of main, 1st sub, and 2nd sub categories from the list. This is the method that is most widely used.
2) To use the keyword-Type a keyword to search by in the search engine tool located on the top of the page and a list of related items will be presented.
3) To use the item code number or item name (G Code) - Enter a item code number or item name into the search engine tool, if available, to easily display the item(s).
In order for you to check your order made, email address and the password upon ordering are mandatorily required to sign in Qoo10.
Please be aware that if you could not remember email or password, it is impossible to check order you have made.
After signing in Qoo10, click the ‘My Qoo10’ button (on the right top of the page) and ‘Shopping List’ button.
If you click the cart number, you are able to check the order number and detailed information of your orders.
