These are the reasons for shipping delay.1. If your order status is “Awaiting shipping”, order is not confirmed yet :If you’ve paid by VISA / mastercard credit card, sometimes our system hold the order for safe payment. We’ve already sent you email asking verification. Please check email and provide us docs so we can confirm your order. 2. If the shipping status is “Shipping requested”, seller has not confirmed your order yet. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:Verify the shipping address at My Qoo10Look for a notice from courier company of attempted deliveryLook around the delivery location for your packageSee if someone else accepted the deliverySome packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.If you still can't find your parcel, you can contact courier company to claim Non-receipt.
