    Remote control Home button → Settings → Settings → General Settings → General → Settings → Regional Settings → LG Service Country → Uncheck Automatic setting → Country setting for the purchased product (eg US)

    2. The picture quality may be a problem with the set-top box. First of all, you need to check if it is a UHD-only set-top box. For more details, please contact your set-top box maker for answers and information.
