    If the product itself is used normally and only the part of the head brush does not work, we will send you some confirmation below.
    If you can operate the product normally except for one metal rod, then it is a problem of the metal rod.
    Try to work with only two head brushes and dustbin. Please briefly explain whether or not it should be.
    There are three head brushes that are likely to clog. If you still can not see the head brush area, please refer to the link below and try again.
