Products are good. However, during the delivery, the inside of the cleaning liquid has blown up .. The box on the outside is getting wet and moldy. There is only one box added to the default box. I think I would not have blown up with air packing.

For any abnormal symptoms (including initial defects) that occur after receipt of the product, the customer must select a company and perform A/S for a fee. In the case of initial failure, it is difficult to clarify the cause, so we treat it in the same way as above. However, we will cover part of the repair cost if you send a confirmation with the word “Initial defect” through the manufacturer (Nespresso, DeLongi).
