    Here is a guide to the cause of the current delivery delay problem.

    1. The product was shipped on April 2nd.
    The product was handed over through the German Menets delivery company.

    2. As expected, the product was scheduled to arrive at Incheon International Airport in Korea on April 3rd.

    3. Customs has received a list of items scheduled to arrive in port, and is awaiting importation.
