    I contacted them in person and they said they will call me back tomorrow. They seem to be rude and not eager to help so I am hoping I will hear back with my package status tomorrow because I still don’t have my order and I had spent $145 on this.

    This is outrageous. I have been to the USPS 3 times now and they still don't know what happen to my package nor do they respond back to me. Every single time I go there, they are extremely rude and keep telling me to leave my phone number and they will contact me back as soon as possible. It has already been more than a week and I still don't have my order. I am very disappointed that I spent $145 and now I have no product. I am even more disappointed that this particular carrier was chosen to be handling my product.

    I would like to request a refund! I don't have my product and the USPS is not responsive in resolving this issue as they don't even attempt to contact me back to find my product. USPS has my order, the item is there somewhere and I think it would be reasonable that you guys refund me while asking for your product back from USPS.

    How about you guys contact them and find out where the package is; afterward, have it return to you guys and then refund me. Because as it stands, I paid $145 for a product that is in a parcel locker somewhere because no one seems to take responsibility for my package delivery and it is yet to be delivered to me besides the claim of being located in a parcel locker somewhere. I already contact the USPS numerous times and they don't seem to take this case seriously since I have not hear back from them with any updates or status. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Please call them and check where the package is right now and either have it deliver to my address or return it to you guys and then refund me.
