Hi,

I've received your email on my inquiry. Before everything else, I wanna know what address did you use to send the parcel? Because the way you put it, everything is my mistake. And whether I want it or not, I still have to pay either way. I'm the one who's at loss here, you know? Do you think it's fair for me?

FYI, I've standardize my address from my 1st Q100 purchased. I've received my purchasing items (which is quite a few) in good shape and of course to the same address. The delivery man will always call me 1st whenever they want to send my parcels (which did not happen in my case here). So, I'm a bit shocked when the status is Unsuccessful Delivery.

So, back to my request. Please let me know what address did you use to send the parcel? Or can you give me the documentation of my purchase? If it is really my mistake, I'll pay. If not, I will not pay a cent.

Hi,

Hope you are in a pink of health. By the way, I bought 2 jackets from you guys. But apparently haven't received any. The deliveryman did contact me last week (28/06/2014) but I told him I was away until 2nd June. I told him to just drop by at my office and leave the parcel to my colleague. Unfortunately, he didn't do what he was told as my colleague didn't received any parcel.

So, I just wanna know what is the status of my parcel? When will it be redelivered? I'm a bit worried because I'll not be in the office for the whole week next week (10 - 16 June).
