Thanks for your message. Without an order or cart number I can't find your order in the system to check this. If you didn't receive an email from Qoo10, and if the items cannot be seen in your Qoo10 account then it sounds like your order was not successful.

When this happens, Qoo10 usually refunds customers within a few days.
