Because the product you bought is a product from abroad, To get a warranty for this product in case of the product's problem, You need to send the product back to South Korea.
Returning is available through the National Registration Service of the post office.
1) Please let the seller know the problem first using '(QOO10) message' when there are any problems in the product.
2) After the finish of the counselling of the problem with the seller, the seller will inform you the address for the return.
3) After-sales service procedure for the product returned to South Korea usually took an average of 10-14days, To get the product back, It is expected to take 20-30days including the shipping days.anssine
- Noticeif you want to get service,You will need to first send us the product in issue so we can process your claim.
In case you discover any defects in the product within 14 days from your purchase date: you may request for a return or replacement and the shipping cost will be paid by the seller.
