    먼저, 제품 상세페이지 하단의 배송정보 안내에도 자세히 안내 되어 있습니다.

    고객님의 제품은 이미 6월5일 발송되었으며, 6월7일 밤 인천항세관에 도착해 세관통관 진행중인 것으로 확인됩니다. (첨부파일 참조 / 중국내와 한국내 내륙배송에는 전혀 문제가 없습니다 .하지만, 인천항세관의 물량 폭증(코로나19로 인한)으로 인해 통관이 많이 지연되고 있습니다.(현재 통관 소요일예상은 영업일 기준 대략 5일-7일 소요됩니다. 이부분은 고객님의 양해 부탁 드립니다.)

    세관통관 완료 후 택배사에 인계되면 이때부터 운송장 조회 가능합니다. 일반적으로 택배사 인계 후 영업일 기준 2일 이내에 제품을 받아 보실 수 있습니다.

    It is a product that is sent from overseas, and after completing customs clearance at Incheon Customs, you can view the waybill when handed over to a courier. This information is also detailed in the delivery information guide at the bottom of the detail page.

    Your product has already been shipped on June 2nd, and it is confirmed that customs clearance is in progress when you arrive at Incheon Customs on the night of June 4th. (Refer to the attached file / There is no problem with inland delivery in China and Korea. However, due to the explosive volume of Incheon Customs (due to Corona 19), customs clearance is delayed a lot. It takes from 7 to 7 days. Please understand this part.)

    After the customs clearance is completed, it can be inquired of the waybill from this time when handed over to the courier. In general, you can receive the product within 2 business days after taking over the courier.
