Dear MakMak, I had ordered 3 items from you, and it was sent on 6th October to me. I had received the items on 12th October. Out of the three items, I have some problems with two items, which are listed below. a) Order no: 28248297 (MK12-116, Green) b) Order no: 28248298 (MMK12-106, Blue) Regarding Order no 28248297, I had ordered for MK12-116 Green which is a top with beautiful giraffe prints. However I received MK12-112 Green instead. Please see the attached file for more information. It would be great if you can send me my purchased item (MK12-116) as I like the top very much when I first saw it on your website. I am also willing to return you MK12-112 as well so you can proceed to sell it other buyers. Please advise me on when you can send me MK 12-116 green and how you would prefer me to send you MK 12-112. Regarding Order no 28248298, I noticed that I cannot button up the shirt as the button holes were not properly sewn. Please see the attached files for more information. I think that this item is not of acceptable condition as I would need to approach tailors to help fix this problem and it is also not guaranteed that they would not damage the article. I would appreciate it very much if you can send me the item (MK12-106 Blue) which will be of usable condition. I am also willing to return you my received article. I hope you do not take this the wrong way as I am truly a fan of makmak and has bought two other items from this online stall. I hope you can understand that I had made the above listed requests because I really like my ordered items and would love to promote your shop to my friends and colleagues.
