I went to my local post office to check this morning. As from the record, the parcel was retent in Kuala Lumpur by custom for 1 week, and it did not transit to Kota Kinabalu, sabah. where I stay. And the pos Malaysia returned the parcel to the seller. If this is the case, why should I bear with the re-delivery charges? Enclose a copy from my local post office, to prove that the items remained in KL and never sent to Sabah. Is not my fault that I didn't collect the parcel as seller claimed. Now, I just want the seller either resent my purchased items, or refund my money in full amount.

From the way you are saying, if you cannot refund, I have no choice but paying extra delivery charges again. This is ridiculous. This will be the last time I order from this seller. How do I pay for the delivery charges if you resent the parcel again. By the way, I will complain to pos Malaysia because I didn't receive any notice from the local postman.
