    First, I'm sorry to hear you're late. Delivery processing is linked with the post office delivery system. If the delivery is actually completed, or if you have not received the product, but hit the button that you received the product by mistake, the delivery will be completed.

    Your product has already been shipped on the 16th of the month and can not be tracked during shipment overseas. And now, customs clearance is in progress in Incheon Customs. (See Attachment)

    For reference, the goods shipped arrive at Incheon port after 4 business days, and it takes 2 business days to customs clearance after arrival.
