All of our products are 100% brand new and unused.

Upon purchase, you agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All items sold are not refundable/exchangeable once it is shipped.
  2. All items are protected by Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) policy against general manufacturing defects only within the first 7-days of receipt
  3. The DOA warranty provided does not cover any form of physical damage to the device either unintentional or otherwise. 
  4. LCD / display defects primarily dead/bright pixels are eligible for warranty only if it exceeds the minimum of 4 dead/bright pixels.
  5. Water damage is not covered by our DOA warranty, even if the goods are advertised and sold as waterproof/dustproof or has IP ratings. Do not submerge the product in any liquid. 
  6. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims if the claims filed contradict the results of our inspection.

  1. 발송된 상품은 환불/교환이 불가합니다.
  1. 모든 상품은 수령일 부터 7일 이내 만 Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) 정책에 의해 보호됩니다.
  2. 당사 제공한 DOA 보증은 의도하지 않은 또는 어떤 방법으로 상품 형태에 물리적  손상에 대해 적용되지 않습니다.
  3. LCD/디스플레이 결함은 기본적으로 비활성/밝기 픽셀이 최소 4개 픽셀을 초과하는 경우에 만 보증됩니다.
  4. 상품이 방수/방진/IP 등급으로 광고되고 판매되었더라도 물 손상은 DOA 보증에 적용되지 않습니다. 상품을 아무 액체에 잠기지마세요.
  5. 접수된 클레임이 당사의 검사 결과와 모순될 경우 저희는 보증 요청을 거부할 권리를 보유합니다.




** Return Procedures **

For customers who require DOA support:

  1. Please contact our customer service before returning any item.
  2. Once our customer service has confirmed and approved the warranty request, please send an email to techlife.help@gmail.com. We will respond within 48 hours.
  3. Please include these details in the e-mail:
  • Date of purchase
  • Order Number
  • Brand and Model of the Product
  • Details of the fault
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  1. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued to you after our verification of your purchase details.
  2. RMA number must be labelled on the return parcel. Return shipping will be borne by the customer and we recommend that a registered delivery service (with tracking number) be used.
  3. The returned product must be accompanied with its original packaging and provided accessories. Any promotional items that were bundled with the product must be returned as well.
  4. Any returns without the original packaging or accessories will not be accepted. 


We don’t accept the cases below:

  1. Over 7 days from the date of receipt.
  2. If the items are opened/used or damaged.
  3. Sending item without prior contact.
  4. The order has applied for DOA warranty once.
