    Hi i am a repeat customer. Last time i bought All Seasons underlayer from you. It was a grey t-shirt and i like it. So i came back and buy Summer underlayer grey in color. But this time the grey was almost like white in color. I am not happy with the color. Your picture was also showing a darker grey. It is not up to expectations. The photo is showing my old t-shirt and the new one next to each other.
    Can i make a change now?

    Actually the gray colors for All Seasons and Summer underlayers are not same. So we are sorry to inform you that the products you purchased are not faulty in colors.
    The gray for All Seasons underlayers are dark gray but the summer products have light gray color, and the colors are shown clearly on the product pages.

    Please check the color difference on the links below and if you still want to exchange the summer gray, you can request for exchange if the product is not used.(But there will be additional shipping charge for us to send you back the item.)

    Alright, I would like to change the product and pay for the delivery charges.

    The product is unused and I would like to change.

    1. How do I send the product back to you? Do you have an address?
    2. How do I pay for the delivery charges?

    To exchange a product, you need to send us the product back first, and when we receive it, we check on the item. Then we request the additional shipping charge on Qoo10 that occured for exchange, and after you pay the shipping fee, we send you the exchanged item to you again.
    The shipping charge is 7.50 SGD(Qxpress) or 5.00 SGD(Korea normal airmail).

    If you'd like to proceed exchange, please go through the exchange step on Qoo10 site, and then send us the product to the address below;

    We haven't received your parcel yet but if the status shows it had arrived in Korea, we'll be able to receive it in a day or two.
    When we get them back, we'll check the stocks for the items you want to exchange, and if they are available, we'll issue a payment window on Qoo10.
    The shipping charge is 7.50 SGD for Qxpress or 5.00 SGD for Korea normal airmail so please decide the shipping method and let us know.

    Hi,

    I did not receive the items and when I went to the post office, the items have been returned to Korea.
    Can you confirm on this?

    If it is confirmed, I will place another order to cover the next shipment cost where the return items to be sent again back to me.

    Let me know if this is OK.

    P.S. The issue is the address listed in the package had an additional line which confused the local postman, I will provide the correct address if the above arrangement is agreeable.
