    9일 주문했고 14일 배송예정일로 나오는데 아직 상품은 발송도 안 됐고

    수차 배송일정문의 했으나, 제가 구매한 콜라겐 제품이 아닌 ucc 커피 제품

    선택하라는 엉뚱한 답만 주시고, 이후 또 아무런 응답도 없네요.

    도대체 콜라겐 50일분 총 2세트는 언제 보내줄겁니까?

    As replied to you on 13/1, Your order is being processed. Once it is shipped out, the tracking will be provided and updated into the order. You may track from it through Qxpress.net. However you will need to expect delay in delivery due to global logistic constraint. So far, it has been roughly 10-14 delivery days. Hope this clarifies. Thank you
