    I ordered 50 pcs India 3ply type .
    There's no wire to fix your nose, it's too small, and it's very low quality.
    Isn't it a defect if you don't have the ability to fix?
    Can I return it or refund it?

    dear customer, apologies but we are not able to advise when you will receive them. however, you may use your tracking number to track your order. the previous batch took at least a month to be delivered to customers due to customs checks and the coronavirus. we apologise. please also take note that cancellations are not allowed since the order has already been dispatched. as per our tracking, we see it has been shipped to japan already. thank you

    dear customer, it took up to a month for the previous batch to be delivered due to custom checks because of the coronavirus. please give it some time. please note that cancellation cannot be done either once orders have been shipped out. thank you
