I bought it for sandals. Every time I walk, my legs slide forward in the sandals, the hallux valgus hurts, my toes hurt, I feel like crying. So soft material, so should be gentle on the back of the foot! ️ Usability is reviewed again Postscript: Front slip disappeared, making walking easier
