rate: 100new and working well.
Chose Fedex but end up it seller only started shipping two weeks later. Is it because they don't have it in stock and need to order from somewhere else, hence the delay in initiating shipping? Electronic settings work according to the same instruction manual as Yale YDR4110, except that the voice guide is only in Korean language (i turn it off). The door strike comes with 3 black spacers. The hooks in the locking plate retract midway (nice mechanism). Batteries provided are alkaline Bexel (Imedion are my own batteries). Provided you screw in the stuff properly to the door, this thing seems to work for both types of door: opening outwards or opening inwards. But with all rim locks, the weak point is screwing onto the door. I have seen rim locks come off the door when the screws tear off the wooden door frame (with enough force or with long term repeated use).
Note that the paper drilling guide is not accurate when orientated in the 4th pic (the holes are all off by a large margin; Fortunately I tested the fitting on the door and manually mark the holes rather than trusting the paper guide). I also changed all the wood screws to longer length pan head stainless steel wood screws (zinc-plated screws will rust much more quickly) to ensure the locks won't come off the door.
Electronics appear to be almost the same as Yale YDR4110 (almost the same)May 22, 2016
